Islami Bank, United Exchange sign instant cash service deal

Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) and United Exchange of Canada recently signed an agreement on instant cash service at the head office of United Exchange in Canada.
IBBL Deputy Executive President and its Head of International Banking Wing Mohammad Abdul Mannan and United Exchange of Canada's Lokman Hossain signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
Under the agreement, recipients in Bangladesh will be able to receive the funds sent by expatriates in Canada from any IBBL branch instantly without opening any account with the bank.
The IBBL has by now signed instant cash agreement with 27 exchange houses around the globe.
Mentioning the significant contribution of the expatriates the IBBL deputy executive-president said the bank is giving importance to remittance of the expatriates through banking channel within a short time and in a safe manner.
