Islami Ins chairman, vice chairman re-elected

The board of directors of Islami Insurance Bangladesh Limited unanimously re elected Tofazzal Hossain, chairman and Md. Ismail Nawab, vice chairman of the company in its 133rd meeting held at the head office recently, said a press release. Mr Tofazzal is a sponsor director of the company. He was the chairman of National Life Insurance Co. Ltd. and National Credit & Commerce Bank Ltd. He is a businessman and promoter in the industry sector of the country. He is actively associated with a number of non political organisations and educational institutions. Mr Ismail is a member of the board of directors of the company. He is director of South East University, vice president of Bangshal Primary School, member of Bangshal Girls' High School and proprietor of New Steel Bitan. He is a businessman and actively associated with various religious and social welfare organisations.
