ISN AGM held

The 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Information Services Network Limited (ISN) was held recently at IDEB Bhaban in the city. Mr. Sayeed Hossain Chowdhury, Chairman of ISN, presided over the meeting. The meeting was conducted by Mr. Habibul Alam, Bir Pratik, Managing Director of Information Services Network Limited. A good number of shareholders attended and actively participated in the 19th AGM. They expressed their comments and put forward a number of suggestions to take the company at a good position in the ISP sector. The meeting also approved the Audited Financial Statements for the year 2013 and the Directors’ Report, according to a statement.
