ISPR alerts all to propaganda

Thursday, 5 November 2020

Some retired army persons who were declared persona non grata from all the cantonments in the country because of their unruly lifestyle have now been continuously involved in tarnishing the image of the country and the army as well, said an ISPR release on Wednesday.
These persons, now staying abroad, are using various social media networks to spread flagrant lies and concocted stories after editing conversations of respected persons through cut-paste on purpose, thereby trying to mislead the army members and the general public, it said.
Their such activities prove that they deserve to be declared persona non grata, the release said, adding that each member of the army is so shocked at these kinds of activities.
The members of the army and the general public do not believe such imaginary, baseless and motivated stories and statements. Rather, they rejected what these persons were propagating, the release said.
