ITC AGM APPROVES 10PC CASH DIVIDEND

Shareholders of the Information Technology Consultants Limited (ITC) approved 10 per cent cash dividend for 2022-23 and a change in the name of the company from 'Information Technology Consultants Ltd.' to 'IT Consultants PLC.'. The approval came at the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held virtually on Monday. Lim Kiah Meng, chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. Managing Director & CEO Dr Kazi Saifuddin Munir, Independent Directors Md Kamal Uddin and Dasgupta Asim Kumar, CFO Shyamal Kanti Karmakar and Company Secretary Anindya Sarkar were also present.
