The Internet Trading Service of Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) has brought the market to the finger tips of general investors," CSE Vice President Al Maruf Khan said Saturday.
"In a horrible traffic condition in Dhaka city, it may be extremely time consuming for many investors who may have other preoccupation and who would not take trouble co come to a brokerage houses, but Internet Trading Service may be an option for them to do trade comfortably," Mr Maruf said while addressing a seminar on "Internet Trading Service- A distinct feature of CSE".
CSE arranged the seminar on the occasion of 2nd Share Bazar Mela-2010 in the city.
He said, "Through ITS investors' transaction remains confidential and cannot be viewed by other investors or even the traders. Investor can decide exactly at what price and point in time want to buy or sell shares."
