Jahanara Imam\\\'s birth anni today

The 85th birth anniversary of Shaheed Janani Jahanara Imam, the crusader against war criminals and communalism, will be observed today (Saturday) with due respect, reports BSS.
Jahanara Imam, mother of martyred freedom fighter Rumi, is remembered for her role in bringing the issues of war crimes and war criminals of 1971 to the forefront.
On the occasion of her birth anniversary, Ekatturer Ghatak Dalal Nirmul Committee will place wreaths at her grave at Mirpur Martyred Intellectuals' Graveyard at 8:00 am.
It will hold a discussion at the BILIA auditorium at 4:00 pm today (Saturday).
