Jamaat protests remarks against constitution

Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, which has recently changed its name and constitution to have registration, Thursday said a particular quarter is carrying out a malicious campaign against it to vitiate the election atmosphere, reports UNB.
In a statement, party secretary general Ali Ahsan Mohammad Mujahid said the remarks being made by the vested quarter that the Jamaat's revised constitution has gone against the spirit of Bangladesh Constitution is motivated.
