Jamaluddin new president of ICAB

Dr Jamaluddin Ahmed has been elected president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) for the year 2010, according to a press release.
This was disclosed at the meeting of ICAB held in the city Tuesday.
Md Abdus Salam, Md Shahjahan Majumder and Nasim Anwar have also been elected vice-presidents of the Institute for the same tenure.
Dr Jamaluddin obtained Masters degree with Honours from the University of Dhaka and PhD degree from the Cardiff Business School, under the University of Wales, United Kingdom in 1996.
