Jamuna Bank Foundation organises anti-drug campaign

The Jamuna Bank Foundation has organised a campaign to contain drug abuse in the country, says a statement.
The foundation announced its anti-drug campaign at a seminar, titled "Severity of Narcotics and Our Responsibilities for Combating it", held at the National Press Club.
Jamuna Bank Foundation Chairman Al-Haj Nur Mohammed was present as the chief guest.
Jamuna Bank Limited Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Shafiqul Alam presided over the seminar, attended by Additional Managing Director Mirza Elias Uddin Ahmed as a special guest.
Besides, deputy managing directors A K M Saifuddin Ahamed, Muhammad Shahidul Islam , Md. Mofazzal Hossain, Md. Abdus Salam and other higher officers and employees were present.
At the end of the seminar, a rally was brought out, participated by Jamuna Bank employees.
The rally paraded main thoroughfares of the city.
