Jamuna Bank opens 38th branch in Comilla

Jamuna Bank Limited has opened its 38th branch at Trikal Tower on the Laksham Road at Kandirpar in Comilla.
Chairman of the board of directors of the bank Md Tazul Islam inaugurated the branch recently, said a press release.
Speaking on the occasion, the chairman praised the role of private commercial banks in the economic development of the country.
He added that the bank has a wide vision to become a leading banking institution of the country, which provides on-line services in all of its branches.
The chairman expressed the hope that the Comilla branch would surely serve its customers with utmost satisfaction by applying modern technology.
He specially laid emphasis on allowing credit to small and medium enterprises (SMEs), VISA Card, Kotipati, Millionaire, Lakhpati, Education and Marriage Deposit Schemes with tailor made services.
The chairman also inaugurated ATM Booth on the branch premises.
Among others, Vice Chairman of the board of directors of the bank Kanutosh Majumder, Managing Director (current charge) Md Motior Rahman, Deputy Managing Director MA Salam, Executive Vice President Md Alauddin Al-Azad and Company Secretary Md Anwar Hossain were present on the occasion.
