Jan 5 polls: EC discloses return of 108 candidates’ expenses

In the wake of criticism by the media, the Election Commission (EC) has finally started disclosing the return of polls expenses submitted by candidates taking part in the January 5 parliamentary elections. The commission on Wednesday published the return of polls expenditures of 108 candidates out of 543 on its website. The return of polls expenses of other candidates will be disclosed in phases, EC sources said, according to a news agency.
