Janakantha faces Channel-i in final today

Janakantha and Channel-i qualified for the final of the Pepsi-DRU Six-A-Side Cricket Tournament after overpowering their respective opponents in the semis at the Maulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium in the city Friday, reports UNB.
The final match will be held from 9:30 am today (Saturday) at the same venue.
In the day's first semifinal, Channel i (66/0) blanked CSB (65/2) by five wickets. Partho Tanveer Noved of the winning team was adjudged man of the match.
Later, Janakantha (34/0) blanked Amar Desh (32/2), also by five wickets. Asif Iqbal of Janakantha received man of the match award.
