Janata Bank's digital payment platform JanataPay launched
The official operations of JanataPay, an integrated digital payment platform by Janata Bank PLC, have commenced with St. Francis Xavier's School and College, Dhaka, and Kurigram Government College. Managing Director of the bank Md. Mazibur Rahman inaugurated the payment service at the bank's head office on Sunday. Deputy Managing Director Kazi Abdur Rahman, ICT Division General Manager Mohammad Anis, other senior executives and officials as well as representatives from both educational institutions were present. Through the platform, government, private, educational, and e-commerce institutions can easily receive online payments. Customers can complete various types of transactions in a secure and convenient manner.
