Japan baffle Bangladesh in Int'l Club Cup Kabaddi

Japan beat hosts Bangladesh Police 23-8 with two creditable 'lona' in the lone opening match of the Meizan International Club Cup Kabaddi that began Thursday at the Kabaddi Stadium in the city, reports UNB.
Bangladesh Kabaddi Federation president IGP Hasan Mahmud Khandakar formally inaugurated the three-day meet as chief guest.
Today's (Friday's) matches: Nepal vs Assam (9am), Japan vs West Bengal (10 am), Bangladesh Prisons vs Assam (11 am), Bangladesh Prisons vs Nepal (4 pm), and West Bengal vs Bangladesh Police (5 pm).
