JCD demands release of Khaleda Zia

Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD), the student wing of BNP, Saturday demonstrated on the Dhaka University campus, demanding immediate release of all political detainees, including BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia, reports UNB.
To press for their demand, the JCD workers formed a human chain and brought out a silent procession on the campus in the morning.
The JCD leaders and activists carried various placards that said Khaleda Zia, her son Tarique Rahman and all other political detainees will have to be released immediately for the sake of a free and fair election.
