JCD to stage demo Wednesday

Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) will stage demonstrations across the country on Wednesday protesting Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu’s reported threat to remove BNP chief Khaleda Zia from earth. The programme was announced on Tuesday in a statement signed by JCD office secretary Nazmul Hasan. The JCD men will observe the programme in all cities, district towns and universities. JCD president Abdul Kader Bhuiyan Jewel and general secretary Habibur Rashid Habib urged the JCD leaders and activists to make the protest programme a success with their spontaneous participation, according to a news agency.
