Jessore dist Bar president dies

JESSORE, Oct 20: Farazi Shahadat Hossain, Jessore district Bar Association president and senior vice president of Jessore district unit of Awami League, died of liver cancer Monday at his Nawapara residence. He was 75.
He left behind his wife, mother, five sons, a daughter and a host of relatives and well-wishers to mourn his death.
Shahadat Hossain was the president of Jessore Bar Association for six terms and also served as principal of Jessore Law College. His brother Farazi Azmal Hossain is a senior journalist.
After namaj-e- janaja at Jessore eidgah and Nawapara he was laid to rest at his Nawapara family graveyard.
