Jewellery trader found dead

HABIGANJ, May 11 (UNB): A jewellery trader was found dead at his own shop at Syedpur Bazar under Baniachang upazila Sunday.
The deceased was identified as Sumon Deb (20), son of Jitu Deb of Raghu Chowdhurypara in the upazila.
Quoting family members, police said Sumon used to stay at his shop at Hazi Abdus Sattar Mansion at night. On Saturday night, he also went to sleep at the shop.
Seeing Sumon's unusual delay in waking up from the sleep, his family members went to the shop around 10am. However, they found the lock on the shutters unlocked and entered the shop only to see Sumon lying dead.
