The 61st death anniversary of poet Jibanananda Das will be observed today (Wednesday), reports BSS.
Literary and cultural organisations have undertaken different programmes marking the day.
Bangladesh Udichi Shilpi Goshthi will hold a discussion, recitation and musical programmes at its central office in the city this (Wednesday) afternoon.
Bangladesh National Museum is holding a fortnight-long exhibition of the books of poet Jibananda Das marking his death anniversary.
