Jogging is one of the most popular modes of workout, and for it we do not have to get admission to any fancy gym or we need to buy expensive gym equipment.
We can jog anytime of the day --- be it in the morning or evening. Even many health-conscious people are seen jogging in the afternoon. We can see it in many parts of the metropolis. In Dhaka we come across men and women of all ages jogging in the morning and evening. If we visit a park or a lakeside, the spectacle becomes common.
Half-an-hour jogging is enough to reap the benefits of it in our daily life. Jogging improves our appetite, sleep, reduces stress, keep our body fit, burn extra fat, help us remain in slim shape and keep our heart stronger.
