Johnson not for sale : Everton

Everton have responded to speculation surrounding Andrew Johnson by insisting the England striker is not for sale, reports BBC.
West Ham are reported to be preparing a £13m bid for Johnson (26), who cost Everton £8.6m from Crystal Palace.
Chief executive Keith Wyness told Everton's website: "We've had no contact from any club, nor would we welcome any.
"While many Premiership clubs covet Andrew, he's made it perfectly clear he's happy to be an Everton player."
