Journalist Sanwar dies

Mir Sanwar Ali, a senior sub-editor of the Daily Naya Diganta and member of Dhaka Sub-editors Council, died of cardiac arrest at the National Heart Institute Saturday, according to a press release. He left behind his wife and a son and host of relatives to mourn his death. Prior to joining the Naya Diganta, he had worked Dainik Inqilab for 19 years. He was buried after Namaj-e-Janaza at his family graveyard at Andulbariya village under Jibon Nagar Upazila in Chuadanga district. President and general secretary of Dhaka Sub-editors Council expressed have profound shocked and prayed for salvation of the departed soul.
