JP won\\\'t take responsibility of AL misrule: Bablu

Saturday, 13 December 2014

Jatiya Party (JP) Secretary General Ziauddin Ahmed Bablu has said his party will not take responsibility of killing, forced disappearances, kidnapping, corruption and misrule by the Awami League (AL). JP is with the ruling AL-led grand alliance for strategic reason, Bablu said while addressing a programme in the city marking the 29th founding anniversary of the JP. Bablu warned of stiff movement if the government raises energy prices, including that of gas and power. ‘Only two people out of 50 are there from JP in the government,’ he said adding that it is tantamount to nothing. On January 5 this year the ruling party held the 10th parliamentary election without the participation of BNP, one of the two major political parties in the country. JP is the opposition party in the current parliament, according to a news agency.
