Tuesday, 2 September 2014
The Parliament Tuesday unanimously adopted a motion condemning the Israeli atrocities in Gaza that left more than 2,100 people dead.
The House adopted the motion through voice vote after holding a three-hour general discussion on the Israeli invasion of the innocent Palestinians.
Ruling Awami League MP Sheikh Fazlul Karim Selim initiated the proposal of general discussion.
All MPs demanded trial of the Israeli Prime Minister on charge of war crimes for killing innocent people including children and women in Palestine.
They also came down heavily on the US for patronising Israel providing with arms, training and money, according to a news agency.
