JS committee meeting on Home Ministry held

A meeting of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on the Ministry of Home Affairs was held at the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban Monday.
Committee Chairman Maj Gen (retd) Abdus Salam presided over the meeting, reports BSS.
The committee members at the meeting reviewed the Mobile Court Bill 2009 and finalised the report for presenting it in the House after making necessary inclusion and changes in and amendments to its different clauses and sub-clauses.
Committee members Home Minister Advocate Sahara Khatun, State Minister for Home Affairs Shamsul Haque Tuku, Barrister Mohammad Jamir Uddin Sircar, Mirza Azam, Mujibul Haque, Nurul Islam Sujan and Shafiqul Islam attended the meeting.
Home Secretary and concerned officials were also present.
