JSD releases manifesto

Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal has pledged to work for formulating policies benefiting the people. The party made the pledge while releasing its manifesto for the 10th parliamentary polls on Wednesday. General Secretary Sharif Nurul Ambiya read out the document at the party’s Bangabandhu Avenue office. Party President and Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu was also present at the function. The manifesto stated that the party aimed at strengthening of the constitutional and democratic processes. It would work to protect the interest of the underprivileged and religious and ethnic minorities, local entrepreneurs, professionals, labourers and farmers, the manifesto said, according to a news agency.
