JU launches live bus tracking system

Jahangirnagar University Central Students' Union (JUCSU) on Sunday officially launched a live tracking system for all university transport services, aiming to modernise the campus transportation network and ensure a more efficient commuting experience for students.
The initiative, introduced under the slogan "Smart Transport, Smart Campus," was inaugurated by Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Mohammad Kamrul Ahsan at the university's Central Field.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, the Vice-Chancellor said, "The proper use of technology makes people's lives easier, safer and more efficient. The new service will enable students to monitor the real-time location of university buses, helping them save time and plan their journeys more effectively."
