JU student killed in road accident

JAHANGIRNAGAR UNIVERSITY, Apr 24: A student of Jahangirnagar University (JU) was killed in a road accident which took place at Narshingdi Friday. Source said, the deceased was identified as Rofiqul Islam Roton(22), a student of government & politics department of JU of 38th batch. Roton was going to visit his elder brother in a Leguna (Jessore-Cha-11-0015) at around 9 am Friday. A Dhaka bound bus (Dhaka Metro Ba-11-4293) hit the Leguna at Baghata leaving him dead on the spot. Roton was the son of Chad Ali Sarder under Chartarapur Thana of Pabna District.
