Jubo Dal leader,Jamaat man held in Satkhira

SATKHIRA, May 9 (UNB): Police in a drive arrested a local leader of Jubo Dal and an activist of Jamaat-e-Islami at Dhandia Bazar in Kolaroa upazila on Thursday.
The arrestees were identified as Siddikur Rahman, president of Joynagar union unit of Jubo Dal and
son of Abdur Rashid of Joynagar village, and Afaz Uddin, 55, son of late Neyamot Sardar of Salimpur village in the upazila.Confirming the incident, Mofazzal Hossain Kanak, officer-in-charge of Kolaroa thana, said Siddikur was wanted in Jubo League leader Mehedi Hasan Judge Ali killing case while Afaz Uddin was wanted by police in another case.
