Jubo League leader dies in road accident

A motorcyclist was killed and his two co-riders were injured when a truck crushed into their bike at Gobindaganj Upazila in Gaibandha district on Wednesday night. The dead is Pichchi Milon, a leader of the Upazila unit of Jubo League. Police said a speeding truck rammed the bike carrying them at Katakhali Bridge on Dhaka-Rangpur Highwayat around 10:30pm, leaving Milon dead on the spot and his two co-riders Mithu and Sabuj seriously injured. They were rushed to Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital (SZRMCH) in Bogra. Police recovered the body and sent it to the SZRMCH for autopsy, according to UNB.
