Judge apptt Khaleda\\\'s writ hearing June 18

The High Court (HC) set Monday June 18 to hear the writ petition filed for BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia challenging the appointment of the trial judge, who indicted her and others in Zia Orphanage Trust and Zia Charitable Trust graft cases, reports BSS.
The bench with Justice Quazi Reza-ul Hoque fixed the date granting a prayer of Khaleda Zia's counsel that sought time for preparation saying they are yet to obtain the certified copy of the judgment, which was delivered by a two-member bench on May 25.
