BRAHMANBARIA, Jan 28 (BSS): Law Minister Anisul Huq said on Sunday judiciary is completely independent under the present government.
"The court is scheduled to pronounce its judgment in graft case against Khaleda Zia after completing all the legal procedures. The verdict will be passed by the court and I don't want to make any comment on that," he said.
Anisul came up with the observations while addressing a student rally and award-distribution ceremony on Kasba T Ali College ground.
"Bangladesh is now on the track of development. Padma Bridge is being built. Our very own Bangabandhu satellite will be launched in March. Power connections will reach every household under the present government. Bangladesh will soon emerge as a peaceful nuclear power," Anisul added.
