Judiciary to lose independence following 16th amendment: Dr Kamal

Gano Forum President Dr Kamal Hossain on Sunday said the judiciary will lose its independence following the 16th amendment to the constitution. “There’ll no independence of the judiciary if the 16th amendment to the constitution made without any consultation is to be complied with,” he said while addressing a meeting organised by his party in Loknath auditorium in Brahmanbaria district town, according to a news agency.
