JUJA gets new executives

JAHANGIRNAGAR UNIVERSITY, Oct 23 (UNB): Polash Mahmud of the daily Inqilab and Sayed Junaed of the Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) have been elected president and general secretary respectively of Jahangirnagar University Journalists' Association (JUJA).
Election to the JUJA executive committee for 2010-11 was held Thursday.
Prof Sufi Mustafizur Rahaman of the Archaeology Department conducted the election as the chief election commissioner.
Some 44 members cast their votes in the election.
