Saturday, 14 March 2015
The export earnings from the US, the largest export destination for Bangladesh goods, maintained its negative growth during the first seven months (July-January) of the current fiscal (2014-15) with a 2.85 per cent fall, mostly due to the poor performance of the RMG sector. Bangladesh exports to the US totalled $3,204.67 million in the first seven months (July-January) of fiscal 2014-15 compared to $3,298.71 million of the corresponding period of the previous fiscal (2013-14). — UNB
