Junior Tigresses beat Sri Lanka by 21 runs to draw series

A brilliant all-round performance of Jannatul Maoua helped Bangladesh Under-19 Women's team draw the four-match T20 series against hosts Sri Lanka as they secured a 21-run victory in the final game in Colombo on Thursday, reports BSS.
The Bangladeshi girls lost the first two matches that brought them on the brink of a series defeat but they showed unwavering
determination in the last two matches to win those, denying Sri Lanka a series victory.
After winning the third game, they now won the fourth match in which Jannatul contributed team-high 24 runs with the willow before taking 3-23 in four overs with the ball. Bangladesh compiled 126 before being all out in 19.5 overs with Afia Ashima hitting 21 and opener Mosammat Eva
adding 20 to complement effort.
Jannatul then took in bowling too to help the side restrict Sri Lanka to 105-8 in 20 overs.
