Jute Spinners approves 20pc dividend

Jute Spinners Ltd has approved 20 per cent dividend for its shareholders for the financial year 2008-2009, according to a press release.
This was disclosed at the 30th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company at CIRDAP auditorium in the city Saturday.
Chairman of the company Muhammad Shams-ul Haque presided over the meeting.
Directors of the company Muhammad Shams-ul Huda, Muhammad Shams-uz Zoha, Muhammad Shams-ul Kadir, Independent Director AKM Shahjahan, Executive Director Faizur Rahman Chaudhury, Chief Financial Officer Toffazzal Hossain Bhuiyan, Company Secretary ATM Mostafa and a large number of shareholders were present on the occasion.
