Kalindi seal a superb win

Riding on Arman's blistering ton, Kalindi KC notched a massive 142-run win over Young one's Club in a match of the Second Division Cricket League at the Dhaka University ground Wednesday, reports UNB.
Batting first after winning the toss, Kalindi KC amassed 297 runs for all in 49.4 overs with Arman contributing 109 runs and Sujan making 50.
Akbar and Sharif claimed three wickets each for 55 and 57 runs respectively.
In reply, Young one's Club were dismissed for 155 in 36.2 overs with Sharif scoring 44 runs and Mehedi making 37.
Alamgir captured three wickets for 22 runs while Sujan took two wickets for 30.
Result of the day's other matches: Prantik KC (176/6) beat Farashganj SC (172/10) by four wickets at the Dhanmondi Cricket Stadium; Nabin Sangha (187/10) defeated Dhanmondi Pragoti Sangha (102/10) by 85 runs at the BKSP in Savar and Kakrail Boys Club (174/10) outclassed Al-Rashid Cricket Club (114/10) by 60 runs at the Jagannath University ground.
