Despite the state objection, the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court Monday fixed April 1 for hearing of condemned war criminal M Kamaruzzaman's review petition. After briefly hearing both sides, a four-member Appellate Division Bench, headed by Chief Justice SK Sinha, fixed the date, allowing the defence adjournment prayer on grounds of homework over the review hearing. — UNB
