Chief Operating Officer of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC Kapila Liyanage and Manager, Telemarketing of Sarah Resort Limited, Md Ismail Hossain signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on behalf of their respective companies at the bank's head office recently to offer discount facility to CBC cardholders
