Kay & Que approves 5pc dividend

Kay & Que (Bangladesh) Limited approved five per cent dividend at its 23rd annual general meeting of the shareholders held at a city hotel Saturday, said a press release.
The shareholders participated in the discussion and gave valuable suggestions in the operation and future planning of the company.
The company earned Tk 16.30 million (1.63 crore) as gross profit and Tk 0.94 million (9.46 lakh) as net profit for the year 2006.
Chairman of the company SA Chowdhury presided over the meeting. Managing Director of the company Tabith M. Awal, Director Md Fayekuzzaman and Secretary MM Jahangir were also present, among others.
