Kazi Azhar Ali's 8th death anniv tomorrow

The eighth death anniversary of former secretary, noted educationist and founder chairman of Bangladesh University (BU) Quazi Azhar Ali will be observed tomorrow (Friday).
A doa mahifl seeking eternal peace for his departed soul will be held today (Thursday) at 12 noon at the BU auditorium, a statement said.
In addition to this, doa mahfil, Qurankhwani and discussion will be held at the late bureaucrat's village home in Bagerhat. Mr Azhar wrote many books on several issues including public administration, economy and history.
