KCC holds eviction committee meeting

KHULNA, Sept 4 (BSS): A meeting of the 'Eviction Supervision Committee for Removing Illegally Constructed Buildings and Structures on Embankments Canals' was held Thursday.
With Khulna City Corporation (KCC) panel Mayor Azmal Ahmed Tapon in the chair, the meeting was addressed, among others, by KCC ward councilors and officials, representatives of the district administration, Khulna Metropolitan Police and district police, magistrate, PWD and settlement department officials. .
It was decided in the meeting that for removing water logging in the city, letters would be sent to different government offices for taking proper measures.
