Keeping and strengthening BBF

A well appreciated move of the immediate past caretaker government, as far as the country's businesses were concerned, was the Better Business Forum (BBF). The present elected government should realise the merits of retaining it with the same enthusiasm.
To get the benefits from it on a sustainable basis, it needs to be made a permanent feature. It would require the establishment of a permanent secretariat for it to go on functioning well.
Government policies in the economic sphere are best appreciated and found favourable by businesses when their continuity is guaranteed. Entrepreneurs and investors need to find convincing signs that the present elected government would retain the policies or actions started by the caretaker government to encourage business activities.
