Key gantry crane damaged

CHITTAGONG, Aug 25: A key gantry crane was damaged at the sudden knock of a foreign vessel at the CCT berth of Chittagong port yesterday. Port officials said a key gantry crane at Chittagong Container Terminal-1 of the port was knocked by foreign flag vessel MV OEL Enterprise at around 4:30 pm Monday. The crane was slightly damaged but remained functional, sources added.
