KGDC employees and officers enjoy picnic

CHITTAGONG, Feb 12: The employees and officers of Karnaphuli Gas Distribution Company Limited (KGDCL) enjoyed their annual picnic recently at Jibtoli Resort at Kaptai.
Family members of the employees and officers also participated in the sports competition, cultural function, raffle draw and other events on the occasion of the picnic, a press release said.
Chairman of the KGDCL management board and Chairman of Petrobangla Dr M Hossain Mansur was chief guest while director (engineering) Mohd Quamruzzaman and KGDCL managing director Mir Abdul Matin were special guests.
It was attended among others by KGDC GM (marketing) Engineer Firoz Alam, GM (admin) Chowdhury Ahsan Habib, company secretary Neyazur Rahman, GM (engineering and service) Shahid Ali, GM (planning and development) Dhurjoti Prasad Dev and leaders of officers association and workers association (CBA).
Over one thousand members of the families of the KGDC officers and workers attended the function.
