Khaleda addresses senior journalists tonight

BNP chairperson and 19-party alliance leader Khaleda Zia will meet senior journalists of the country on Tuesday night. The meeting, which is scheduled to begin at the BNP chief’s residence at Gulshan in the city around 8:00pm, may discuss the reasons behind BNP’s boycott of the 10th parliamentary elections held on January 5. At the meeting, the prime minister may also speak, countering the government’s statement linking the party with the alleged audiovisual message of al-Qaeda, according to private TV channels.
