Khaleda has to face trial for killing: Maya

Minister for Relief and Disaster Management Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury Maya (Bir Bikram) said Thursday BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia has to face trial for killing innocent people in the name of strike-blockade, reports BSS.
"Khaleda will have to face trial as the dictator of killing people across the country in the name of political movement," he said.
Maya was speaking at a human chain and procession in front of Bangabandhu National Stadium in the city protesting countrywide shutdown and blockade programmes of BNP-led 20-party alliance. The human chain and procession was organised by Sammillito Awami League Samorthok Jote.
Abul Kalam Azad MP, Chairman of the Jote and Dhaka City AL Publicity Secretary Abdul Haq Sabuj, Office Secretary Shahidul Islam Milon also spoke, among others.
