Khaleda hatches conspiracies to kill Hasina, alleges Maya

Friday, 26 December 2014

Minister for Relief and Disaster Management Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury Maya alleged Thursday that BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia and her son hatched conspiracies again and again to kill Sheikh Hasina, reports BSS.
They are still conspiring, he added. He said Khaleda Zia is instigating her son instead of preventing him from making false statements.
"It is time to give reply to the creators of anarchy. No more silence-we want to see the strength of the anti-liberation forces," the minister said this while speaking as the chief guest at a discussion organised by Joy Bangla Muktijoddha League (JBML) at AL central office in the city Thursday to protest Tarique Rahman's comments on father of the nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Presided over by JBML president Nizamuddin Talukder, the meeting was also addressed by City AL publication and publicity secretary Abdul Haq Sabuj and freedom fighter Abdur Rashid.
Mr Maya, also general secretary of Dhaka City unit Awami League (AL), called for resisting the trouble-mongers.
"We want to give a befitting reply to the anti-liberation forces in exchange of blood in the month of victory," Maya said.
Mr Maya said Dhaka will remain under the control of the activists of Sheikh Hasina in January.
Nobody would be allowed to occupy Dhaka city on January 5, the AL leader said, adding that Dhaka is the city of freedom fighters and peace-loving people and there is no room for the Al-Badr and Razakars here.
Meanwhile, AL publicity and publication secretary Dr Hasan Mahmud alleged Thursday that BNP-Jamaat terrorists unleashed violence on the court premises Wednesday to destabilise court activities.
"BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia appeared before the court with the hooligans knowing to be punished and it is a part of the continued terrorist activities of BNP-Jamaat," he told a rally in front of Jatiya Press Club in the city Thursday.
